My goal in this spread was simply to distinguish it as much as possible from the three previous, which focused on our boat trip to Monomoy Island and were packed with photos and awash in colors of blues and mints. I wanted to reduce the number of photos here, so chose a FotoInspired template with large mask areas to showcase a couple of fave photos, extending one of the masks across the centerline. My daughter has become nimble on her scooter/crutch/orthoboot apparatus as she awaits her fourth surgery, but I think we were all surprised to see her wadin' in the water. My other daughter was quick to capture it, and I'm so glad she did. Anyway, in keeping with the rest of the album, this spread is fiarly simple. I recolored the frames, dribbled the Sea Sprinklez down the centerline, and added a few quick embellishments on the right- and left-hand pages, relying on Artsy Transfers to add some gentle texture to the spread overall. The video is just a little nothing clip just to show the wind was still blowing and because the grandkids like to see videos.
