My granddaughter talked about going to an outdoor movie theater. I guess it's a novelty now. Had to chuckle but it brought the memory of the first time I went to a drive in movie.
Process
An artsy paper from APP Remarkable was used as the foundation for the page. The Easy Torn Edged Templates 3_4 was rotated horizontally and a solid paper from APP Bravura was clipped to the frame mask. The movie ad was added to a Warped Frame. Using the transform tool, skew, more perspective was added. The title was created using Best Lady font, with a stroke added. The title was duplicated and the color was changed to yellow. I increased the size and added a gaussian blur. The page was completed by adding dimensional embellishments, splatters, transfers, glows and stars.
Saw this last night on IG and couldn't wait to see it on a larger screen. So amazingly good, love the nostalgia, the speaker extraction is the icing. Also love what you did to the title to make it look 'lit', which it is!
The cluster built around the speakers is pretty fantastic! Love the torn paper here, too. So fun to look back. My one drive-in memory is when my parents went to see "Buried Alive" and took us along because they had to. After than I had sleep problems for a really long time. I like your memory a lot better!
Fabulous story with great imagery and elements and great use of that torn edge. I remember well the speakers hanging on the window. I know I went more than once, but the only movie I seem to remember was PT109. I must have fallen asleep for the others
