Working my way through, so I wanted to keep something similar to show that journey. I used All in the Family for the background and elements, Vintage Journal, for the large daily journal and Embrace the Journey for the spiral journal.
What a fabulous combination of wonderful, personal quotes, Tracy. I think my favorite is "Slow Growth is still growth" - what a revelation! I SO need to remember this one keep it in my mind - I love that concept. To me, it means, we all grow at our own speed. A good friend told me "it takes as long as it takes". I can't tell you how thrilled I am that you are embracing Art Journaling as a way to work through "things".

Thank you! Some days it feels like I'm not moving but God reminds me slow is still forward. And it does take as long as it takes. Its so freeing when that sinks in and your able to release things and heal. This AJ stuff has been such a fun journey so far.

Tracy, wow - you continue to outdo yourself, even as I realize I'm going backwards through your gallery! It's so amazing to see your work and growth and how you try different things, how brave! So is scrapping your feelings and you've done it so well and so beautifully.
