During the Easter holidays I visited Laarne Castle with my grandchildren... There was a treasure hunt for the children in the castle... The theme was 'Novelmore' by Playmobil...

Laarne Castle is a beautifully preserved medieval moated castle with origins in the 13th century.
Behind the facade lies a dark past. In the early 1600s, the six infamous Laarne witch trials took place here. Four people were burned at the stake.
