Uplift Artsy Paper 2 was placed for the foundation, rotated clockwise 180 degrees. My photo was extracted, converted to a Smart Object, masked with artsy brushes at the bottom to remove the hard line, duplicated with Blend Mode Hard Light, 50% opacity, and custom shadow added. MultiMedia Balloons, transfers, elements, word art, Skribble Sun and Paper Texture were added, finished with the date.
