The photo and a duplicate were placed in the new document. In PhotoElements, the winter effect was applied to the photo for the glow. The photo was layered above the APP Manly Artsy Paper No. 2. It was adjusted to SoftLight Blending Mode and the edges were masked. The duplicate copy of the was clipped to the FotoBlendz. The FotoBlendz was adjusted to HardLight to add a bright, but faint color layer to the photo. The elements were stacked as a cluster. Transfer (folder B) were used to balance the design for color and texture.
