I started this before we got a peek at the new FotoInspired Template Pack 3G, NEW in the Store today! I seriously thought of redoing this with a new template. The mushrooms are prolific after all the rain and tornadoes. But we were lucky once again and dodged several nearby last weekend.

FotoInspired Template Pack No 3F p12

Page 12 of the FotoInspired Template Pack was placed on a new document. My photos, and an Artsy Paper were clipped to the masks. Solid Paper 4 was placed for the foundation. Artsy Transfer 1 was placed below one photo, and Fotomask 3 was turned off. Artsy Paper 2 was clipped to Fotomask 4, blended with Soft Light blending mode. All layers were selected and transformed to leave a 1" border. Embellished with Elements, transfers, overlays, MultiMedia and Word ART. Completed with text journaling boxes.

I can't believe these are real mushrooms (says the city/beach girl ;-) )! Great macro shots and it all looks so lush! While I wonder how one lives with the threat of tornadoes, I suspect it's the same as living with the threat of earthquakes.

Well, I don't know if they are edible or not. I didn't eat any and mowed them down shortly after.

they don't look very edible either, but so special.
I really like (edible) mushrooms.

Love the close-ups of the mushrooms, hate the weather report. 95 tornados and it's only early June. Nerves-of-steel time!
