Cream of Anything Soup:
2 cups dry milk powder 1 teaspoon dried basil
3/4 cup cornstarch 1 teaspoon green pepper powder
1 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
To make 1 can of condensed cream of anything soup:
Combine 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cup water or broth of choice in a small saucepan.
Whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes,
until thick. Cool. Use in recipe of choice.
Makes 1 1/2 pint jars. 10 servings fit in a jar.
