April AJ Challenge Week 3

Created for the April Art Journaling Challenge Week 3. This month we're exploring the word Growth. I feel like I've had a lot of growth in the last few months. In the beginning, it seemed insurmountable, but taking "small bites out of it" I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. I did a lot of hidden journaling and decided to "come out on the other side" by using the She's Got Grit Collection to show that I'm still standing.

I also used Queen by etdesigns.

I love this - the quote is amazing, and I love the sketched gal, but what really caught my eye is the green frame behind the flowers with nothing in the center. Feels like the empty frame is just waiting to be filled with something powerful that may not yet be discovered, but known to exist and is achievable!

What wonderful and powerful comments. I love how you interpreted the empty frame. I've been going through a loss of just three months, and my AJ pages all reflect that and how I'm "trying to move on". You certainly picked up on that. WOW! :heartpumpred:

love this new layout, Cheryl. I enjoy the colors of the flowers and one day you can overcome this storm and fill the green frame with something wonderful!. I like all the positive Quotes, too!
