100 g dried fruits (figs, cranberries, blackberries) - 100g of water - 100 g of honey-30 g neutral oil - 1 tsp ground cinnamon - 1 tsp ground ginger - 300 g oatmeal - 80 g pistachios, peeled and
unsalted - 50 g pecan nuts - 50 g peeled hazelnuts - 50 g goji berries
1 Preheat the oven to 150°C (Th. 5). Line two baking trays with baking paper.
2 Place the dried fruits in the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec. / speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
3 Place water, honey, neutral oil, cinnamon and ginger in mixing bowl and cook 5 min. / 100°C / speed 1.
4 Add oatmeal, pistachios, pecans and hazelnuts and mix for 1 min. / /speed .
5 Divide the preparation among the prepared baking trays and then bake in the oven for 40 minutes, mixing the preparation every 10 minutes.
6 Transfer the granola to a large bowl and add the reserved chopped dried fruit and the goji berries. Mix well and let cool before serving.
