Truly a collection of scenes and thoughts collected on the pages and worked on over days, so, only thing I can say for sure is I started with the photos.
I wanted to mount photos between the layers of Artsy Kardz - did that with the 2 photos on the left.
The photo at the top is from the eclipse - I didn't want to overly blend it but used a Scenic FotoBlendz.
Ocean photo at the bottom left blended with Bouquet FotoBlendz, lace and gold added from the Artsy Layered Template.
For the rainbow photo I chose an Urban Threadz Frame, and added the gold flourishes.
The final photo on the bottom right is just blended with masks and brushes.
Then I futzed with things for days - MM (I included 2 extracted wavy turban shells I found this weekend - actually, I found 3, but the 3rd one still had the creature inside so I had to throw it back in the ocean - yuck!), elements, glows, placement of photos and title, and the final step was to add Raindrops.
Oh, final final thing - I added a Levels adjustment to all but a few of the layers since the photos were all rather darkish.
