The background consists of two layers. The bottom layer is a dotted paper. The top layer is a teal and brown grungy paper. I used the paper slider to determine how much of the paper shows.
For the title I clipped a paper to the Font, added a stroke and then added an Outer Bevel with a depth of 136%.
