This song is a beautiful and moving solo from Mary's perspective. My daughter has been taking voice lessons and this is her “debut” song she is singing at church on Sunday, December 10, 2023. It brings tears to my eyes. Being a mom makes me wonder at the feelings Mary, the mother of Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, must have experienced as she held that miracle child in her arms! Oh, my! I hope these lyrics touch your heart and soul the way they did mine!
