Boy did I have fun with this one!
I started with the 2 train photos, blending them with Uncanny FotoBlendz.
The background is Uncanny Artsy and Solid Papers, with brushes and transfers, then a blue Overlay color fill layer at 90%, making Uncanny blue!
The extraction of Oz is done by iPhone, adding a stroke and drop shadow. I needed something to cover his cut-off legs, so I searched multimedia and came up with the stamps (I'm not sure this works, but it's not a case for flowers or branches, although I did add a Sprig to get a green color buddy). I clipped a photo of Thomas to the star, then tucked another photo in, securing with Threadz (filled with white).
Used the Uncanny Frame, perfect since the metal works well with trains and a trainyard.
The title is made from letters from Beach Word Art (if you are not familiar with Thomas and friends, they say "peep peep".)
Finished up with more brushes, splatters, threadz (including coming out of Percy's stack) and journaling.
