It was Pia's lift that really inspired me (although I loved nia's as well!).
I took her clues on the ArtPlay Palette, Ephemeral, and frames.
I rearranged the frames, making them a little larger, and clipped the same photo to all of them.
Same photo also clipped to Ephemeral FotoBlendz and the frames (Linear Light and Hard Light).
Added Transfers, Brushes and Stains to extend the ocean.
Since this willgo in my Projext 2023 book, I reused WordArt, Sea Sprinklez and elements.
I recolored the Foliage from Ephemeral to look more like seaweed.
