APP Together Artsy Paperie created the foundation. The photo was masked and set to HardLight Blending Mode. WordTransfers were blended into the layers for textures. The Taxi brush was blended at the edge of the image and created the foundation for the cluster group.

Beautiful shot and love the red bits. I didn't even notice the taxi until I read you notes. That's a cool leaf from the palette. I'll have to remember that one.
