Process An Artsy Paper was placed on top of the Background Layer. My Focal Image was blended via a Layer Mask and Brushes. The Image was duplicated and has a Soft Light Blending Mode applied to it. Multiple Transfers, and Splatters were placed into the Background. Dimensional Elements and Labelled Words were added to the layout. I added text on top of the signpost and journaling to complete the layout.
