Inspiration – I have some time so I decided to try the latest Anna Lift Challenge so I looked for a photo that would make a cool out of frame. I found my picture of the speeding boats pulling the water skiers and thought yes this is different.
Start-File>New 12x12 300.
Out of frame – Added my photo to the page and placed Frame 2 from APP Generations over the part of the photo I wanted to frame. I duplicated the photo and placed it on top of the frame. I used the Object selection tool to select the boats and added a mask to this photo. I used a white brush to bring out some of the water trail. Then I selected the Rectangular Marque tool and selected the photo so that when I inverted the selection, I could remove the excess and the photo would look framed.
Paper – Placed Solid Paper 5 from APP Swell above the background Layer.
Element Cluster title - I started with the beaded work Amaze from Love Wordart Mix1, added Multimedia Flowers 7.2, and Brush 3 from App Sonoma.
Brushes – I added brush 1, which is an Artstroke, from APP Whizzo
