Mystery of Indigo_4MM.jpg

As a Fiber/Textile Artist, I have been fascinated by the dyeing processes found in the art. I have always loved blues, but the past two years have been drawn to Indigo. I recently visited some of the barrier islands of SC and the Sea Islands, where the first Indigo seeds were planted and the crop became an industry in our state. Now 300+ years later, it is experiencing a revival!

Love the colour palette you have used here and the messy edges are perfect. Thanks for playing with my challenge x

I love your story of indigo. It really had a huge impact on this country. Perfect intense color and shape to the edge.
