I started with ArtsyPaper 3, placed Rainbow FotoBlendz 1-3 and clipped my photo to the fotoblendz layer. I duplicated the photo 2 times, 1st copy I used High Pass Filter, blend mode soft light, 2nd copy I added Filter Gallery – Splatter, Blend Mode Screen, 37% Opacity. I added a Hue/Saturation Adj Layer above the photos, to adjust the whole layout (not clipped to the photos). I then changed all the fotoglows in the FotoBlendz layers from Hard Light to Soft Light. Embellished with Custom Title, fonts Bright Side and Billiers, added Drop Shadows and Strokes, plus the wood word STORM from the Palette with a Gradient Overlay. Finished by placing MultiMedia elements and Artist Edge Overlay with a Gradient Overlay with Blend Mode Color Burn.
