Transplants

Using the classic Daffodil Collection, on sale for just a bit longer.

I had a riot of houseplants and my daughter drove down for a repotting party--we broke out a bottle of Whispering Angel rosé to celebrate our festive feeling. A great afternoon!

My layout started with the template and Artsy Papers (No 1 over No 2 on multiply blend mode), onto which I placed a Fotoblendz to contain my primary photo. I added a few of the Artsy Stains and some dots to fill in the background because I was going for the feel of a crowded flowershop, as well as a few of the Multimedia daffodils. To keep my pink denim shirt company, I added in three large pink stains. Nifty photo turns in the shape of a trowel were my only embellishment.

That sounds like a really fun time! Love the pink stains (hints of a rosé) and the sunny spring vibe. Awesome memory and page.

Oh this sounds like so much fun! I always loved a transplant day - of course this is how I ended up with 75 house plants that we were unable to move. Love the inclusion of the pink and the happy dog photo (Cher is also a sun dog!).

Looks like a fun day. Love the pinks and yellows, the use of the double trowels and the addition of the pup.

Working on the succulents now—not my favorite and will probably offload them on unsuspecting kids!
