I started with the photo (credit to deviantart, muddymelly), clipped to the grouped Disquiet Fotoblendz 1-3. I then placed Disquiet Solid Paper 1 below the clipped set, (Hard Light, 100%) and blended Disquiet Solid Paper 5 on top (Overlay, 32%), followed by Transfer3 (partially masked), Splatter1 (Screen) and Stain1 with a lavender Color Fill Adjustment Layer. Embellished with Jazzed Up LoopDaLoop 6-2 with a Levels Adjustment on the rose charm, ribbon, lace, heart, PaperOverlay1, Disquiet ArtsyKardz 3x4-2 (rearranged), HandScript 1-8, Disquiet WordART Mix 1 with Layer Style adjustments and Disquiet Brushes.
