Ice plant really flourishes in coastal southern California! I especially liked this stand on a sandy bank.
The Eunoia background + Transfers has a gradient applied to get more purple.
The one large photo is my usual method - duplicate a FotoBlendz several times, move the pieces around, brush and erase as needed. Then arrange and color the components.
Added another ice plant photo in the Eunoia Frame, using an extra copy, reverse masked to brush in the out of bounds pieces.
MM Flower cluster was size and color adjusted, then "mounted" on an Artsy Kardz.
I added a Bevel to the splatters for an interesting effect.
Wow! So bright and gorgeous, love the color! Love the inset frame/closeup. I've never heard of Ice plant.

Ice plant is quasi-invasive in coastal California, but it's a really great ground cover solution, no maintenance, spreads like a weed, grows in sand, and the flowers are truly beautiful, in all ranges of pinks to purples and yellows. Not sure why it's called ice plant. It's a succulent with very fleshy leaves that will turn to mush in a freeze. But then it will just come back.

Crazy beautiful color! We had this by the buckets in our yard growing up. We used to "write" on the sidewalk with the little leaves.
