Process
Artsy paper 1 from APP Party was used for the foundation for the page. The photo was clipped to the white paint layer of Artsy Transfers Paint 2. MultiMedia Balloons and a Jazzed Up Loop Da Loop element were added. The page was completed by adding word art and dimensional embellishments.
