I started with the Artsy Layered Template 260, removing the 5 frames etc. I added Snowy FotoBlendz 1-2 with photo clipped to it. I extended the fotoblendz using Magic Snow Spray 1-5 brush with white on left side top and bottom. I added the MultiMedia Holiday 4-1, Holiday WordART Mix 7 (with glitter layer style, bevel/emboss and drop shadow), Snowflake Presets 1, Music Notes 2-10, Christmas Trees 2-7, and the Joyeux horn charm.

I don't know why that christmas tree icon is there instead of the words. I tried 3 times to fix it.
