We Flock Together

Life on a working farm can be an adventure for young children. They would have chores, but not as many. The youngest children would play and work together. Mom told stories about the old turkey who would chase the children.
He would frighten them because
he was mean and fast.
In this photo, Mom looks sad as
if the turkey had chased her recently.

APP Palette Flock Artsy Paper 3 creates the foundation. The photo is duplicated. The Blending Modes are adjusted to Multiply and Soft Light. An inverted mask was applied so the photo could be blended into the paper. The Multimedia Bird Turkey added to develop the journaling. The ScriptTease brushes and Scatter Leafs were recolored. The Warm Glow was added to the photo to boost the light.

Fabulous! I love the dark background and the way you have blended the photograph, it adds to the drama and the journalling with the injection of humour and the MM Turkey is brilliant!

I can't imagine being little and chased by a turkey! Wonderful photo and it looks fabulous blended with the dark background.
