Process
Using a solid paper as my base I added the frames from ALT 236 and rotated them.
My photo was clipped to both frames.
I added a Fotoblendz behind the frames, clipped the photo again and locked the three photos together,
Layers from the Fotoblendz were recoloured
A cluster was created using embellishments from the palette and Multimedia Pumpkins.
Finally I added WordART
