Process
Page 12 of the Stitched Template Pack 1 was opened up. The template was resized smaller. A solid paper from APP Frondescence was used as the foundation of the page. The photos were clipped to the frame masks and fotomasks. A brown color overlay was clipped to the stitches to create a darker border. Brushes, splatters, an a transfer from APP Frondescence were added. Word art and dimensional embellishments completed the page.
ok, so this is freaking amazing! I can make quilts like nobody's business but garments are my daughter's talent. What a great page to document such an accomplishment! Love the inclusion of the drawings and in-progress photos. Great use of the stitched template!
I had to learn this in school and it came in handy because I was poor and also had irregularities in my build. Love that you turned your skill towards something so artful.

If truth be told, this was VERY challenging! I've sewn clothes before, but always from a pattern. My daughter-in-law helped with the pattern design, then I measured my grandson, taped paper to him and outlined his body shape. There wasn't one seam sewn that wasn't sewn at least twice. Lining the coat with faux fur, was another challenge. But in the end he was happy with the outcome!
Quel travail incroyable, votre petit fils à beaucoup de chance d'avoir une artiste telle que vous, ce costume est topissime !! j'aime la représentation de votre projet , très belle page Miki !!!
