I always love using these Postage Frames.
Solid Frondescence background, then my large photo added in Overlay mode, with a simple mask used to blend. Then I added the the large Postage Frames to capture some of the bouquet.
On top of this added small Postage Frames, with different parts of the bouquet in each.
For the upper left Postage Frame, clipped the photo to the mask, then added a copy of the photo on top of the layer stack, reverse masked, and brushed in the petals for an out-of-bounds effect.

Added lots of embellishments Lace and pink are specifically added Visual Triangles.
Title words have a Bevel & Emboss, Drop Shadow, and Gradient Overlay in yellow to white.
