This collection is another fave of mine by Rachel.
September was such an odd month in Tampa, it stayed swelteringly hot, but it rained every single day between 3 pm-6 pm. But post-Hurricane Ian we have had no rain!

I just happened to see this rainbow and got lucky enough to take a photo of it. Rainbows always make me smile.
