We came to see the temporary exhibition dedicated to Rome and see the outstanding loan scribe of the Louvre Museum Paris of Egyptian Antiquities, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Louvre-Lens and the 200th anniversary of the deciphering of hieroglyphs by Jean-François Champollion. The Scribe, a masterpiece as old as the Pyramids, was discovered by the archaeologist Auguste Mariette.
