How They Met

Celebrating the 112th anniversary of my mother's birth today, I decided to scrap the story of how my parents met - and quickly married. I had the necklace and earrings she wore and now I also have the dress and hat. Here's to you Ma.

Oh Jean! I am in love with this page! I am so happy that you journaled this amazing story. What a beautiful photo of your mom. And I can't help but reflect on how different times were in 1930...that she could accept a ride from a young man she didn't know. How I wish times were like that today! Fabulous page my friend.
