I duplicated my photo three times, the top layer is one of her framed eyes. The second and third copies are layered over the background using Overlay and Soft Light Blending Modes. I erased some areas of each layer using Layer Masks.

The photo is an (old) selfie of DD who photoshopped her wings and will most likely be aggravated that I used this picture of her. (Sorry, BB!)
