Great catch and beautiful page, Vicky. I'm sure your son was thrilled. I was born in FL, not too far from Kissimmee. We passed through it every weekend on our way to Melbourne, FL where my uncle lived. We camped in Kissimmee often, loved the zoo, and I especially loved Gator Land there. ♥

My sister lives in Palm Bay which is right next to Melbourne! Tim and I visited Gator Land one year and our family rented a couple of houses in Kissimmee one year as we vacationed there together!

Kissimmee is a beautiful area. My parents lived in West Palm Beach for a number o fyears and I lived there for about a year with them after I go out of the service. Drove right past on my way to Tallahassee (FSU is my alma mater) to go to school several times a year. It looks like your son had a fabulous time. Simple pleasures, eh?
