For this layout I used the NEW ArtPlay Carpe Diem Collection.
Process
Started with ArtsyPaper3 from APP Carpe Diem. Added Carpe Diem FotoBlendz 1. Some of the FotoBlendz layers were filled with color. A photo was clipped to the texture and mask layers. Texture layers were set to Linear and Color Burn blending mode. The photo of the mask layer was duplicated 2 times, first with Screen, second with Overlay blending mode. Page was completed by adding Transfers, ArtsyTransfers, MM documents, elements and WordART.
