For this layout I used ArtPlay Heath Collection, which is on sale for one week from 16th February.
Process
Started with SolidPaper4 from APP Heath. Rotated, duplicated with blending mode Overlay 100%.
Added Postage Frame, mask layer was turned off. Placed a Linear FotoBlendz mask over the frame with Color Burn blending mode. A photo was clipped to this layer. Both the mask and the photo was duplicated. 2nd mask layer was set to Soft Light. The photo was duplicated again with blending mode Linear Burn to add contrast.
Transfer7 from APP Heath was added and some parts were hidden with Layer Mask.
Splatters (filled with color, blending mode: Linear Burn), Newsprint brushes (filled with color, Color Burn), Loopdaloop (filled with color), stains and tapes were added as well.
The page was completed by adding a key from MM Lock and Key and journaling.
