I had a foggy picture from a few days ago. I revised the photo using the Photoshop's Neural Landscape filter to make it look more wintery.

Construction: The background is ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland Solid Paper 1. The edging is ScriptTease Winter Overlays No. 2 #2 with the color and opacity revised.
I clipped my photo to Snowy FotoBlendz No.1 #2 then placed the ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland Frame #2 over the top. I placed UrbanStitchez No.1 #10 on top.
I used various brushes from Winter ScriptTease Winter No. 1 to add snow flakes and from Spackle Textured No. 6 to create textures around my photo.
I added word art Winter WordMix No. 1 #1 revising the colors of all the words except keeping “WINTER” as black.
For the cluster, I used the ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland brad, mitten, glitter branch and paper strips.
