Eat for the body you want, not for the body you have.

The last two years were hard for me, so I picked up some overweight. This is a page for myself.

Creating process:
1. At first I created the title: the letters were created with the Pen tool on different layers. Then I added drop shadows layer styles to them. After it I created layers from the effects, and the shadows layers I transformed free.
2. I chose a solid paper as the basis of the page.
3. I added a few transfers and brushes (some layers were recolored).
4. I chose a photo of me from 2019, when I was satisfied with my weight.
5. Finally I wrote the quote.
