Created a 3x3 Tic Tac Toe board with one of the templates of 12X12 Stitched Templates No 1. Sashay ArtsyKardz were clipped to the masks.
A couple of layers of MultiMedia Documents No. 4 were placed under the masks. Sashay ArtsyTransfers, transfers and overlays were added as well.
For the hearts I used several layers of MultiMedia Hearts 1-2-3. For the X I used fonts Special Elite, Amarillo, Gloss and Bloom. Blend mode was set to Overlay. Some of the text layers were duplicated.
The page was completed by adding watercolor hearts and title.
