On April 9, 2020, Hilton revealed their famous DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe.

“We know this is an anxious time for everyone,” said Shawn McAteer, senior vice president and global head, DoubleTree by Hilton. “A warm chocolate chip cookie can’t solve everything, but it can bring a moment of comfort and happiness."

I found the recipe and have been making them ever since. Since it was just the two of us at home during the pandemic, we froze the cookie dough balls in small batches. Then we could make them whenever the mood stuck--which was often!
