These are some of my favorite cookies to make at Christmas. They are easy and only taste a little bit above average but they are so, so cute! And I love the way they look on cookie trays.

Christmas Wreath Cookies
1/2 cup butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 tsp. green food coloring
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups cornflakes cereal
1 (2.25 oz) package red hot candies
Microwave marshmallows and butter
on high for 2 minutes. Stir, then
microwave 2 minutes more. Add
food coloring, vanilla and cornflakes.
Mix quickly together then drop by
spoonfuls in clumps on greased
wax paper. Put a hole in the center
and add 3 red hots to each to make
them look like Christmas wreaths.
