Page 13 of Project 2021. Castle of Diósgyőr, which is located in my hometown, Miskolc.

A Bright Future. The castle was built probably in the 12th century and was totally destroyed during the Mongol Invasion in 1241. It was rebuilt after the invasion, but by the end of the 17th century it was already in ruins. The castle experienced ups and downs, but a wonderful future awaits, because it is under renovation for now.

Interesting fact. One of the most famous Hungarian poet, Sándor Petőfi wrote his poem "Sunset" here.

Process

• I started with SolidPaper1 from APP Hinge and Page 13 of Project Template Album No. 7. For my focal image I used a Watercolor Photoshop Action (you can find here). I clipped my photo to the mask, then duplicated it 2 times: Color Burn and Soft Light were set as blending modes. Template layers were filled with color.
• The frame masks were filled with light grey color and photos were clipped to them, then duplicated 3 times with Color Burn, Multiply and Soft Light blending mode. ArtsyPapers from AMP Amity were clipped to the photo mask behind the photo.
• AMP Amity transfers & overlays were added.
• The page was completed by adding splatters, elements, wordART and journaling.
