I started with and the Kristtorn Palette Artsy Paper 3. I duplicated the paper and applied a blend mode "subtract" to make it darker. I used two FotoBlendz No.3, #2 & #5, one for my photo and one to add more evergreen patterns in white surrounding the photo. I added stains and lace from the Artsy Layered Template 304. To finish, I added the MultiMedia Holly No.1 #4 and the Holiday WordART Mix No.12 Peace On Earth, which I duplicated, colored white, and offset to show better on the dark background.
