For the foundation of the page I used SolidPaper 1 and SolidPaper 2 (from ArtPlay MiniPalette Roma) blended together.
3 masks from FramedMasks10 were added. For my focal photo I used a Watercolor Artist Effect (find it here) and clipped to one of the masks. Duplicated the photo with blending mode Soft Light (50% opacity). I clipped my photo to the other masks too, but I set the masks to Color Burn. Duplicated the photo with Screen blending mode.
Roma ArtsyTransfer was added and layers were moved around. A couple of layers of ArtsyTransfer Rougir 2 was added, too. Added some textures and brushes as well, all was set to Linear Burn.
Added wordART (with Overlay blending mode, duplicated 2x), elements from APP Rougir, UrbanThreadz, and called it done.
