For this layout I used the ArtPlay Epiphany Collection, which is on sale for one week from Nov 10.
Process
Artsy Paper 4 from APP Epiphany was used as the foundation of the page. Color Balance was adjusted to get warmer colors. Selective Color was adjusted that Blues and Cyans got warmer as well.
ArtsyTransfers 4 was added and the photo was clipped to the Paint White layer. It was set to Hard Light, then duplicated and the layer of the copy was set to Linear Burn. Some of the layers of the ArtsyTransfers were deleted and layers got different blending modes.
MultiMedia element was added to the page. Some layers was removed.
The page was completed by adding word art, brushes and textures.
