For this layout I used the new Noetic Collection, which is on sale for a limited time.
Process
Solid Paper 4 from APP Noetic was used as the foundation of the page. Duplicated, then the blending mode of the copy was set to Color Burn.
Page 12 of FotoInspired Template Pack 2O was placed on the page. Some frames were removed. ArtsyKardz were clipped to the FotoInspired masks.
Artsy Paper 3 and FotoBlendz 1 mask were added to the background. The paper was clipped to the mask. The paper textures and stains of the FotoBlendz mask got brownish colors and different blending modes were applied.
The photo was clipped to the frame and placed on the page.
The page was completed by adding elements, word art, word transfers and brushes.
