Interesting. I do this but the years are the very thing I can't remember. As on, May 8th but what year was that?

I have associations like this, but with Pokemon, not birds ;-) It's very interesting how our interests punctuate our lives, and this is a lovely page and a cute sandpiper! I know nothing about birds but I like how sandpipers run along the water's edge and that cute peeping sound.

I know what you mean, but I enter sighting data in an old computer program. Today folks use ebird.
