Process
A solid paper from APP Strawberry Preserve was used as the foundation of the page. The photo of the strawberry plant was clipped to a fotoblendz mask. Using the Quick Selection tool, the flower and one of the berries were outlined and duplicated (CMD/CTRL J). A custom shadow was added. The same was done with a leaf on the plant and layered over the frame. This gave the images more dimension and depth. The frame was imported from a FotoInspired Template with the image clipped to the frame mask. The page was completed by adding dimensional embellishments, word art, transfers, splatters and a paper texture.
Oh, I'm so happy to see this beautiful page. I have a lot of wild strawberries (tiny) and I wasn't aware you could eat them. I am going to pick me some today and get my homemade ice cream out. Thank you!! I like how the berries looked frosted.

Thank you! I didn't realize that there are two different types of strawberries in the wild. There is the wild strawberry with white flowers, edible sweet berries and the mock strawberry with yellow flowers, berries that are more round and have hard little seeds that protrude from the flesh that are dry and taste bitter. It's recommended that the mock berries not be eaten as they can cause an allergic reaction.
