AnnaColor 6/4 Poetry Pole

A VERY fun challenge! You know I love color, but I loved creating this soft work of words and images inspired by a poetry pole. One of the cool things about these poles in my neighborhood is that the content changes, so if I haven't been by one in a while, it may have a pleasant surprise.

I was inspired by Kay who used ArtPlay Bliss. I bought the Bliss Collection for my daughter's wedding photos so I love reusing it.
Started with 3 things - a background of ArtPlay Bliss papers, the poem on the poetry pole, and a fence (seen in the poetry pole photo). The Fence is from Summer Breeze, duplicated and set to Lumosity Blending Mode. The photo of the Poetry Pole on the right is blended in Overlay Mode.
Then I added Textures, MM Documents for layers, elements, MM elements.
Finally I added two more photos - a heritage photo of myself with my mom and aunt in a Torn Photo Frame, and a photo of a bouquet from my garden (desaturated, duplicated in Screen Mode, duplicated in Soft Light mode, then the foremost flower extracted to add a shadow/dimension, and finally brushed with soft pink).
Liking the soft Watercolor Brush, I brushed a bit more soft pink here and there.

Really beautiful. I'm glad that you embraced this very neutral palette. Love all the blending on the right and the lovely way the photo and works interact on the left.
