I started with a page from Stitched Template Album, using the grid only. I chose a page that would accommodate the puzzle photo. Then I placed Artsy Kardz in the other grid spaces, adjusting the sizes slightly to fit.
The first element I added was the flower from Aubade, adding a color overlay.
Added all sorts of gardening embellishments.
Added Aubade Transfers to the background. The torn paper around the puzzle is Aubade Transfer pieces.
Used another copy of the puzzle photo over the Transfers and Kardz, in Overlay Mode at 40%, to add more of the puzzle colors.
Finished with more embellishments and journaling, talking about how I used to make collages from seed catalogs as a child, and wondering if my grandmother's garden was the start of my love for gardening.
